The USANA Reset Plan

The USANA Reset program consists of 3 levels The 5-Day Jump Start is an extreme phase to start the program followed by Phase 1 enhance (4-8 weeks) for continued improvement. Level 2 Maintain (4-12 weeks) will help you consolidate your new; better diet.USANA Transform Phase 1 is a gradual transformation to assist you achieve your own health and wellness goals. Through this Phase; you will introduce one standard low-Glycemic meal; two meal replacements; one Nutrition Bar snack; and a normal low-glycemic snack. One must avoid consuming all breads; grains; cereals; rice; noodles; and carrots.
